When placing an order, completing a stock enquiry form or signing-up to our newsletter, we collect some information about you. Every effort has been made to ensure this information is held securely and is not used for any other reason than to assist your specific enquiry. We do not save any credit/debit card details.
Sales
When you make an enquiry with us, your name, email address, and phone number are required for the sole purpose of your specific enquiry at that time. We use a secure service to ensure the data in your enquiry form is protected from web browser to our inbox.
Newsletter
If you have opted-in to our email newsletter, we will send you updates of our latest salvage finds, new stock, and design studio updates. The frequency of newsletters is no more than weekly. You can unsubscribe or re-subscribe to these emails anytime using the link at the bottom of our emails.
Access to your information and correction: You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email or write to us at [email protected]. We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
