Abid Javed

Abid Javed is a ceramicist and artist creating collectible molecular-inspired objects. With a background in Molecular Biology, his collections bring an unseen world to the forefront, and with it an aim to build spiritual connections. Avid’s body of work bridges the space between function and sculpture, focusing on form and the natural state of clay. A thorough exploration of cells and molecules, Arabic script and geometry are amongst the subjects examined and expressed.
