Autumn Sonata

Autumn Sonata is a California-born, Amsterdam-based design atelier bringing a new lens to archival, historic, and storied objects. Working as archivists and designers, they travel to uncover heirlooms hidden across bygone European estates, buried within dusty bookshelves, tucked into forgotten corners...and re-contextualize them anew in imaginative, elegant forms. Guided by both preserving the storied lineage of these historic objects and allowing them to fuel current curiosities, Autumn Sonata offer an evolving catalogue that reflects this generative, reexamined relationship between intriguingly beautiful objects of any era.
